What happens when you run the SKE profile page by Google Translate.
Hi there, Positive Exit.
The AKB version is even more insane though.

Anonymous asked : do you know of any online sites, for international fans, that sells the SKE48 shirts the members designed themselves? the black or white shirts. and thank you :)

Are you referring to the latest series of shirts? The official place that sells it at Rakuten is sold out. Use a proxy service like fromjapan to procure it from yahoo auctions. Just search for “SKE Tシャツ” and the auctions should come up. The site’s in English, so you shouldn’t have problems doing payment and such!

Anonymous asked : From SKE48 what is your favorite ballad, summer song, Team S song, & Team KII song~? sorry for asking random questions >//<

Haha no worries! It’s quite fun since I don’t usually think of stuff like these.

Ballads would be from the stages. Team S’ Tooku ni Ite mo I suppose. It is The Finishing Blow whenever I watch a graduation ceremony. You do see the members tear up when they perform it at times.

Summer song-wise, Hanabira wa Owaranai. Awesome b-side. And sorry to say, the vocals in Gomen ne, Summer made my ears bleed.

Definitely Te wo Tsunaginagara for Team S. It’s their de facto theme signalling the real starting point of SKE and Team S. All the nostalgia T_T I luurve Innocence, and Kono Mune no Barcode too. Nakama no Uta! Mizu no Nai Pool! Rakuen no Kaidan! List goes on. Yeah, Team S fan here.

Kodoku no Ballerina for Team KII. We don’t get many songs like this, with such a dramatic story and wistful lyrics.
Kinda like if Shinkirou wasn’t an ballad but had an upbeat tempo instead (ok weird example I know). Manazashi Sayonara and Ima Kimi to Irareru koto are cool too.

Oh and just for the record, my fav single is 1!2!3!4!Yoroshiku! I don’t care if it’s cheesy - it’s like SKE’s version of AKB’s Kimi no Koto Suki dakara, and I adore it :)

Anonymous asked : Do you have a favorite SKE48 Kenkyuusei?

Probably Makiko for now. I do like the 5th gens too. Nannan, Mitsuki et al. are all very charismatic. Unfortunately, I haven’t got enough time to be watching all of their LODs!

Oh and I totally forgot about Honoka -_-

Anonymous asked : in your own opinion, In SKE48 who are the top FOUR in singing, dancing, acting, and variety show skills?

Sorry, I totally missed this message yesterday!

I assume you mean separately in each field. The girls aren’t as versatile as their AKB counterparts yet to be conquering all the bases, esp in variety. In no particular order:

Singing: Satou Mieko, Deguchi Aki, and Furukawa Airi.
There’s really no one in the same league after Yuimin and Haa-chan left. There’s this Great Wall separating those in this tier and the rest. I dunno, Haramina might come close? 2ch says that Furuhata Nao’s good, but I haven’t actually seen enough to judge.

Dancing: Ooh, difficult. There’re so many style of dancing. Based purely on skills, then it’s Kizaki Yuria, Kinoshita Yukiko, Hara Minami, and Yagami Kumi.
Makiko is rather good when she doesn’t go overboard and start dancing like a shaman, which is unfortunately, 99% of the time. Kumi, when she has shed her energy conservation mode and unleashed her BOSS mode, is really unstoppable then. She has the ability to make the most complicated of dance moves look like a stroll in the park. Yuria can shake that booty too. She just doesn’t stand out during the stages at all. No idea why. I’d probably switch her out for Matsumoto Rina if it was for overall performance. Yukko and Haramina over Mizuki because their moves are cleaner.

Acting: Kizaki Yuria, Kimoto Kanon, Matsui Rena, Yagami Kumi.
Not much media to refer to here. Rena and Kumi are a shoo-in. Yuria actually surprised me with her acting in Gal Basara, which was waaay better than what we’ve seen on Magical Radio 2 thus far, so major points for that. Then again, everyone’s acting in MajiRaji seems sub-par. Being a giant ham is no easy task! Kanon is improving little by little, so we’ll see where she goes.

Variety: Satou Mieko, Kuwabara Mizuki, Yakata Miki, Hata Sawako.
Imade would’ve been here too, if she wasn’t graduating. Generally speaking, the senbatsu girls are rather weak at variety, while those who are decent don’t get sufficient exposure on tv. Mieko and Mizuki both know how to ramp up the ante and keep things interesting, though Mizuki would probably work better when there’s someone to keep her in check. Someone like Nakanishi Yuuka or Takada Shiori. Being unpredictable is Sawako’s forte, and she’s smart enough to draw in the laughs when needed. I do like her unconventional nature, such as breaking out into random Takarazaka performances or writing up over-dramatic scenarios. Mikiti seems to be in the Okaro-type of mould (obviously not on the same level though), so she’s someone I’d like to see more often in variety shows. Kumi can be delightfully sadistic at times, though more often then not, she’ll just let other hog the limelight. Satou Seira’s rather good too, albeit with a tendency to go too wild.
